If training is Cancelled or Rescheduled before 5 days or more from the scheduled start date of the training	No charges
If training is Cancelled or Rescheduled before 4 days or lesser from the scheduled start date of the training	50% of the proposed charges
Do not show up for the training or cancellation on the start day of the training	100% of the proposed charges
If the training is cancelled by RPS Consulting for any unforeseen reason	No charges
